5/3/1 Spreadsheet

Some fine fellows have uploaded a very nice spreadsheet to use with Wendler 5/3/1. You can enter your 1RM on each lift and bada-bing, bada-boom, your whole training for 13 cycles (aka, one whole year) magically appears.
