AMRAP, 12 minutes


Sled drags 4 x 65 yards
tire + 25#

The sled drags absolutely kicked my butt today. Uff-da!

Actually, I need to have my butt kicked. I weighed myself this morning. It was like watching a horror movie – covering my eyes with my fingers and peering out through them. “I can’t look! It’s horrifying!”

41 pounds to lose folks. Crimeny.

I’m not really a scale watcher anymore. The Whole9 crew pretty much cured me of that, but I just wanted a baseline to go off of. Time to get to work.
