The more I use the kettlebell the more I love it. Today I watched a few videos of Steve Cotter on youtube and I proceeded to work on the movements listed above. I may just work kettlebells for a month or so and see how it goes. I’ve had lots of nagging injuries that are just driving me nuts: my knees hurt, I have a broken finger (from a bovine-related incident), my shoulder hurts, my elbow hurts. It seems the more I work with the bells the better I feel.

As Dutch Lowy says, “Better is better.”
