Just Squats

Back Squat – 5/3/1+
115# / 130# / 145# (2 reps)

A rarity tonight, I actually felt good doing squats. My legs felt strong, no knee pain, no internal turmoil and panic. The only reason I only got two reps on the last set was I was leaning over way too much. My legs were plenty strong and the weight didn’t feel heavy, I just kept tipping over forwards on the way up. I clearly need to work on stregthening my back and stomach.
