Judo class tonight and it was a good, old fashioned burner. We started right in with some throws done while retreating and while advancing. Very fast paced and we did each throw about 5-6 times. I had a lot of trouble with my timing on these, something to work on for sure. Then we reviewed some ground work that one of our guys who has jits experience taught us. Then – dum, da dum – randori!
I am definitely feeling the effects of cleaning up my diet. I had energy to spare tonight. I thought maybe I wasn’t working hard enough, but my t-shirt and gi were soaked with sweat after class. I just felt awesome. Whole30 is the the beez kneez.
