60# / 68# / 77# (4 reps)

Accessory Work:

1:00 handstand hold

Strict Pull-ups – 3 x 5 (red + purple band)

Static tuck holds on rings (15 seconds and 10 seconds)

My shoulder is feeling much better. Progressing slowly and cautiously.
