Morning workout: hike 3.5 miles on forest trail.

Afternoon:

Deadlift – Deload Week
5 reps @ 40% – 73#
5 reps @ 50% – 93#
5 reps @ 605 – 108#

Power Clean – Deload Week
5 reps @ 40% – 38#
5 reps @ 50% – 48#
5 reps @ 605 – 58#

This is deload week on my strength cycle, so no metcons this week. I went for a nice, easy 3.5 mile hike on the forest trail this morning. Nothing can beat a cool, crisp fall morning with the smell of the decaying leaves on the ground. Heavenly.
