Crammin’ It In

Squat– Week 1, Cycle 4

5 reps @ 65% – 88#
5 reps @ 75% – 101#
5+ reps @ 85% – 115#

Then the conditioning workout:

Complete 8 rounds:

2 Power Snatches
4 Snatch Pulls
2 Power Snatches

*Do not drop the weight. 
*If weight is dropped, count a penalty. 3 handstand push ups for penalty.
*Go as heavy as possible.
*Rest as needed between rounds. 

I used 63#. Good one, lots of fun. I worked the hook grip (which I need to keep practicing) so my thumbs got a good drubbing.

I was also super crunched for time today so I ended up doing this at 9:00 pm by the light of a single bare bulb. I was running a day behind schedule this week as well, so I couldn’t put it off for another day, or I would be running into next weeks cycle. Sometimes you gotta just cram it in.
