I finally overcame my complete and utter fear of bench pressing and decided to add it in with the Wendler 5/3/1 work. I’ve been reading up on technique and watching videos from Elite FTS and I think I’ve gone from completely clueless to just somewhat clueless.

Sometimes working out alone in a dingy basement gym has it’s advantages, and sometimes you really wish you had someone around to correct your idiocy.
