Back Squat – Week 1, Cycle 3

5 reps @ 65% – 85#
5 reps @ 75% – 98#
5+ reps @ 85% – 111# – 9 reps

I was pleased with the last set. I could have done more reps, but my knees started to hurt so I shut ‘er down.

Six more reps than the last time I did a max set with 111#. I’ll take that.
