I didn’t time this, mostly because I didn’t want to lose my mind and do something stupid with the squats. My knees are delicate little things, hence the box squats. This is actually a CrossFit Football WOD, and it’s supposed to be max squats at body weight.
Yeah, right. And monkeys might fly out of my butt.

I decided to start doing the CrossFit Football WODs because I tend to cherry pick when I try to program for myself. Let’s see, I missed Monday… and Tuesday… I’d say it’s going quite well, actually.
