Deadlift: 153# 2 x 5
Press: 61# 2 x 5
Pullup: 3 x 4 strict w/red band
Swing: 20 x 40#
Ab: 5 abwheels
I meant to do 163# deadlifts, but I loaded the bar wrong and didn’t realize it until I was done. Dangit.
I felt a little stronger on the abwheels today, of all things.
I am aware that the Dan John 40 Day Workout is not meant to take 6 months to complete. Therein lays the key to my lack of success in pretty much everything. No consistency.
I was hoping to make it to judo tonight, but I was still sick. I get sick about this time every year, just something I have to wait out.
