Pullup: 3 x 3 strict w/red band
Swing: 30 x 30#
Ab: 15 GHD situps

Done early this morning followed by a slog through mud, snow and manure doing chores at the ranch. It’s that time of year where it’s not quite winter and not quite spring but whatever is on the ground is up to your knees and wet.
