Deadlift: 163# 2 x 5
Press: 60# 2 x 5
Pullup: 3 x 3 strict w/red band
Swing: 30 x 30#
Abs: GHD situps x 15

Then:

On stationary bike 1 minute on, one minute off for 20 minutes for a total of 10 intervals:

4.908 kilometers
gear 4
max speed 33.4 km/hr
av. speed 27.2 km/hr

This one was exactly as much fun as it looks like. Which is to say, it sucked less than thrusters.
