Deadlift 3 x 3


1 x 12 at 155#

I over-chalked my hands for the 1 x12 set because the bar always slips out of my hands. The bar still slipped this time, but unfortunately my skin started to go with it so I had to let go after 12 reps. Yeouch!

The weight is not a problem at all, I can do a lot more reps, but I just can’t hang on to it. I need to try gloves or tape to see if that will make a difference.

    • I can’t – the bar is too big for my hands. I can just barely overlap the tip of my thumb with my fingers. I’ll have to try it with the smaller bars when I get back.
