Back squat 1 x 16 @ 80# (PR by one rep)

Finally, a squat day where a small sliver of light broke through the heavy clouds. The back squats weren’t that bad. In fact, when I started I actually thought to myself “This feels light.” I could have got 20 reps, but I was a cupcake and I folded early. Dang it.

Metcon: 6 hours of working cows and branding calves. Pretty much a repeat of yesterday except that I got kicked in some new places today. Fun.
