Pullin’, Dippin’ n’ Sittin’ Up

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
Five pull-ups
Five ring dips
15 Sit-ups

11 rounds + 5 pull-ups

Pull-ups and dips both assisted with bands, sit-ups were unanchored.

RX’d was AMRAP in thirty minutes, but since I have a martial arts tournament coming up on Saturday I thought it would be prudent to scale. After all, I may need to use my arms.
