Not completely sure about my time — something between 12:00 and 13:00. I did knee push-ups and used the blue band for pull-ups. I don’t think I have to comment on knees to elbows, everyone knows they suck. I’d rather to thrusters or burpees than K2E. Hate ’em.

Kyuki-do class tonight. I did some Hapkido (knives and guns) with Irene. She seems to take great pleasure in mashing my face in the ground. Then Tom taught me Taegeuk two (Ea Jang), and after that we got the swords out and went through a bit of the sword form. Let me tell you, you get alert real quick when the swords come out. Our dojang isn’t very big, and it gets close in there some times. It’s no big deal to worry about someone kicking or punching you, happens all the time — but when someone is violently swinging a sword a few feet from your face it gets a little freaky.
