Clean & Jerk Ladder

Workout:

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 80 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

8 rounds, plus 6 reps for a total of 9 minutes. 

I did this one on October 3, and I did 8 rounds plus 7 reps. So I’m fairly happy with only one rep less considering that I’ve been adhering to an extremely strict sugar/grains diet and avoiding workouts with complete dedication for almost three weeks. Now, as a wise man always says, it’s time to kick it up a notch!
