More Box Jumps, Anyone?

Workout:

Three rounds for time of:
12″ Box jump, 50 reps
105 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
30 ring rows

So yeah, box jumps yesterday… box jumps today… throw in some deadlifts and rowing… pretty much everything from my waist down hurts. But it’s a good hurt — pain is just weakness leaving my body.
