Run 400 meters
30 unanchored sit-ups
125 pound Deadlift, 15 reps

I was really, really hoping today’s workout would not involve running — mostly because I hate running. Well, exactly because I hate running. When I checked the main page last night, lo and behold — running. But, it’s a hero workout, no whining allowed. It actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’d much rather do this one than Michael or Helen, and it has deadlifts in it. Deadlifts have my undying affection. It was so cold though, that I had tears streaming out of my eyes on the first few runs and I couldn’t see where I was going. Luckily, I managed to avoid all the mailboxes and parked cars, and the people driving down Steve’s street are apparently used to dodging the strange people that are running around crying, cursing and carrying odd objects.
