Workout:

Seven rounds for time of:
50 pound Shoulder Press, 21 reps
21 air squats

I used 50 pounds for the presses in the first round, then dropped down to 30 pounds for the last six rounds. That was plenty, especially since I haven’t been doing much the last two weeks. My back is still sore, but feeling better, so I took it nice and slow and concentrated on form and not speed. I tried to work on staying on my heels and keeping my upper body upright on the squats — I have a bad habit of bending over on those. I’m really bad at presses too, so it was nice to get to practice them (147 times.)
