100 Day Burpee Challenge: 8 burpees

My insane, out of control, driving me crazy work situation may be winding down in the next few days. I look forward to taking some time off. Actually, I look forward to having time to do something other than work. Like CrossFit, or reading, or judo. I really miss judo. Not tomoe nage, I don’t think there is anything in the world that would ever make me long for tomoe nage. I take that back, I can hypothetically say that there may be a few situations — most involving big, ugly, hairy spiders — that could make me look on tomoe nage with a more favorable light. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, don’t worry, I really don’t either. Did I mention I’m very tired?

And now for something completely different. Scientists think they may have found the laziness gene. A pill that makes you want to exercise? What’s next, a pill to replace exercise? Why don’t you just turn off Oprah, get your booty off the couch and do something? Oh, and put down the chocolate covered donuts.
