I was soooo glad to see this workout posted on the main site last night. The Filthy, Nasty, Downright Mean Fifty wiped me out yesterday. I would have to agree with Katie and say that is my least favorite CrossFit workout. It’s just ugly. I think I had a complete system shutdown after I was done yesterday. Seriously, I couldn’t even think straight. Someone came in about 1/2 hour after I was done and was trying to chit-chat with me and I couldn’t even think of anything to say. Then I started to get pissed, I kept thinking “Why are you even talking to me? Just go away and let me lay here and gurgle.”

But I’m fine now. I’m not pissed anymore. Yet, anyway. The day is young.
