Situps
Pushups
Squats

Workout:

Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
Walking Lunge, 12 steps
15 Weighted Sit-ups (10 pounds)
15 Hip Extensions
5 Muscle-ups

I did seated muscle-ups into a jumping dip. I finally got my pull-up bar mounted so I have a place to hang my rings. (Most people have a place to hang their hat, CrossFitters have a place to hang their rings.)

I feel like crud. I’ve been eating terrible and it’s starting to catch up with me. I swear, I’m helpless when it comes to junk food. It’s a good thing I don’t drink or I’d probably be a falling down alcoholic. I’ve been staying with my mom for the last month or so and she’s a gooooood cook. Cookies, homemade cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, fried chicken. I swear, it’s like living with Paula Deen, only with more butter.

I need to get control of myself. I try telling myself that I’m stronger than the cookie, but in reality I’m not. The cookie owns me.

  1. Tami, I hate to tell you this, but I don’t think anyone could use more butter than Paula Deen. It’s not a meal if she doesn’t have a stick of butter in your entree…. 😉

  2. Yeah, I know. I think Paula single-handedly keeps the dairy industry afloat.

    I think my mom’s been watching her show on the sly though. The last time she asked me to get groceries for her the list said “A loaf of bread, jug of milk and a case of butter.”
