Workout:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
45 pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 jumping pull-ups

10 rounds + 10 thrusters and 4 pull-ups

Sparring class later tonight. Just two of us, I think everyone else was at the beer tent down in the park.
