Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
45 pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 jumping pull-ups

10 rounds + 10 thrusters and 4 pull-ups

Sparring class later tonight. Just two of us, I think everyone else was at the beer tent down in the park.

  1. Hi Katie. Yep, everything is ok. I was sick for a few days and got behind on my work, yadda, yadda, yadda… I’m feeling better now, so I’m hoping to get a workout in today. Thanks for asking!
