PP: 75/80/80/85 (PR)/85
PJ: 85/85/85/85/85

Hit two PR’s: 75# shoulder press and a 85# push press. Actually, I’m surprised that I was even able to lift anything as bad as I have been eating. We had a church thing today and I sucked up the sugar like there was no tomorrow. I felt awful. Tired, sluggish, achey, lightheaded, bloated — not to mention FAT. I am a sugar addict, a junkie. I would eat chocolate off the floor even if it didn’t pass the three second rule.

I am going to go on strict Zone as much as I can. I feel like I’m killing myself, slowly filling my body up with poison. It’s insane (but soooo tasty.) Monday, I swear — Monday I am starting.
