Workout:

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps.

130/140/140/145/150

I was really glad this was a no-arm day. My arms are smoked from yesterday, probably ’cause I haven’t done pullups for about two months. Then I did 100 in one day. Yah!

I bit the bullet and weighed myself this morning. 145 – not as bad as I thought, but I’m still disgusted with myself. Probably has something to do with my intimate relationship with baked goods. I’d like to get down to 125 (or 120) just to see what it feels like not to have as much fat on my body. I resent the fat. It irritates me and it’s in my way. Especially when I’m trying to have one more piece of cake and I can’t breath because my pants are too tight. Come on!
