100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Ouch. Full ROM jumping pull-ups, knee pushups. Situps and squats as RX’d. All sets broken, obviously.

Update: You can tell you CrossFit when you judge the quality of your workout by how long it takes you to stop shaking, or how long it takes you to be able to negotiate the stairs.

Stairs: 20 minutes
Shaking: One hour

Conclusion: Good workout.
