Workout:

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

110/130/140/145/150/155/160

My previous PR was 120, mostly due to the fact that that was all the weight I had at the time. But I remember when I did those last time and I probably couldn’t have gone more than 140 then. So I probably PR’d by at least 20 pounds tonight. Well pleased with that.
