3 rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters
30 box jumps
30 barbell thrusters, 30 pounds

Time: 21:22

Was actually supposed to be 5 rounds, but I knew after the first I wasn’t going to make it. I might try to make the other two rounds up tonight. My legs were like rubber trying to walk up and down the stairs afterwards.
