Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Left wrist failed when cleaning the bar on 95 lbs. Did three to five reps of 45/55/70 to warm up. Afterwards I did a little overhead squat practice. Goodness knows I need it – only did 25 and 35 lbs. Felt really unsteady and great strain in my quads.
