Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (sub 30 pound dumbell)
12 Pull-ups (sub strict pushups – no pull-up bar)

Time: 13:25

Started out running too fast. Even though I haven’t done any running in about… uh… a long time, in my head I still think I can run like Michael Johnson. Made a sweet sweat angel when I was done though.
