50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (20 lb. dumbell)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows (sub 25 KTE, 25 weighted situps)
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions (sub supermans)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (sub thrusters w/20 lb. dumbell)

Kyuki-do class tonight. We did sparring all class. Then judo later, we did shiai all class. Everybody is looking forward to the tournament.
