Kyuki-do sparring class tonight. Only four of us tonight, so it was a good opportunity to work on technique instead of having some guy whale on you for an hour. In the locker room some one said “I’m not used to not being in pain after sparring class.” We did some shadow kicking–kind of like shadow boxing–at the beginning and end. My quads were smoked after all the squats this afternoon.
