Run 800 meters

50 Sit-ups

My previous Michael was 29 and change, so I was a little perplexed as to why this was slower. Then I realized I did the running on a treadmill — and instead of 800 meters I ran .5 mile. So I ended up running an additional 400 meters. Duh.

This one kicked my butt. I feel sick, and my head hurts. Feels like someone hit me on the top of the head with a sledgehammer. I’ve got to start eating better.
