Handstand push-ups (sub pushups w/feet elevated)
Kyuki-do sparring class tonight. Good, hard class. Everybody was red-faced and sweating by the end. I wacked Tom pretty hard and got an elbow to the shin. Even with my pads on it’s going to leave a nice big knot.
