Kyuki-do class tonight. We worked on technique the whole class — first hand technique drills, then we worked on technique while breaking.

I haven’t done any martial arts for almost two weeks, so I was surprised at how strong I was. In fact I haven’t done anything but eat like a horse for two weeks, so that was doubly surprising. We did old-school round house kicks with the balls of our feet and I knocked part of the board half way across the room. Don’t know where that came from.
