Complete three rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups

Time: 39:29

Sub 25 pound dumbell right arm for the first set. Switched to 20 after about 3 reps on the left arm, my form wasn’t good and I was afraid I would tear up my already tender shoulders. For the L-pullups I kind of a modified bar-row/assisted L-pullup. When my arms failed between reps I did situps since I was already on the floor. So I did about five rows/3 situps/2 rows/3 situps/etc. to 21 reps.
