I’m fighting a cold, so I did a scaled, modified WOD.

50 ball slams
21 sumo deadlift high pulls
21 barbell thrusters
40 ball slams
21 sumo deadlift high pulls
21 barbell thrusters
30 ball slams
21 sumo deadlift high pulls
21 barbell thrusters

5 lb. ball, 45 lb. for sdhp & thrusters

My squats are 100% better than when I started CrossFit. I can go all the way down now, even barefoot. I think maybe my feet are spaced too far apart, but I’m not complaining. That’s something I never thought I would be able to do. Now all that’s left on my list is pullups, muscle ups, dips…

I actually feel a little bit better after the workout, my head cleared out a bit. Maybe CrossFit is the cure for the common cold.
