Morning: Snatch practice. 43, 53, 63 pounds. 3 reps per set, not sure how many sets.
Practiced Koryo for about 15 minutes, then Kyuki-Do class. We practiced our forms and then sparred for a while. After that I did Judo for about 1 1/2 hours. We did all the throws, pins and takedowns. Then we did rondori for about a half hour. Tami tired.
