Judo class tonight. We ran through some throws real quick and then did rondori. I felt pretty good, actually I felt better at the end of class than I did at the beginning.
Afterwards I ran to the grocery store and then came home and did the WOD:
5 rounds for time:
45 pound sumo deadlift high pull, 15 reps
45 pound thrusters, 15 reps
Note: I did NOT feel better at the end than I did at the beginning. 5K rx’d for tomorrow!
