5 Box Jumps
10 L-Pullups
15 Knees-to-Elbows

Completed:

5 box jumps (12″ box)
10 jumping pullups
15 “attempted” K2E or V situps, situps or a mix

10 rounds + 5 BJ + 10 JPU
