180#/190#/195#/200#/200#
The 200# sets felt pretty good. I think I could have done all five at 200# or even 205#. When I warmed up my back was a little stiff, so I was a little worried about how this one was going to go, but after the 180# set I felt great. All reps dead stop, no bouncing.
As for the diet… Today was an up day, and boy was it up. Like Mount Everest up. Dairy Queen, hot fudge. Get the picture? Good, ’cause I don’t really want to talk about it.
